Holder of a law degree (Licence) in private law from Cadi Ayyad University in Marrakech, Maître Ahmed Bekkar has twenty-six years of experience as a practising lawyer and legal adviser before courts across the Kingdom.
A lawyer at the Rabat Bar, admitted before the Court of Cassation, he receives clients at his office in Hay Karima, Salé, and handles all matters: civil, criminal, family, real estate, commercial, administrative and employment.

How does the first consultation work?
About 45 minutes at the office in Salé, or by phone or video. Maître Bekkar listens to your situation, reviews the documents and explains your legal options.

Yes. Maître Ahmed Bekkar is admitted before the Court of Cassation; he drafts cassation briefs and pleads before the Court.
How are fees set?
According to the nature and complexity of the case; they are agreed clearly before any step, in line with the customs of the profession.
I live abroad — can you represent me?
Yes. With a certified power of attorney, you can be represented before Moroccan courts without travelling, with remote follow-up throughout the proceedings.
